Size: 6ft 2in x 3ft 8in (187 x 111cm).Antique Kurdish rug from the Greater Hamadan region, probably Mehraban district.
Circa 1920.
The design is most unusual, with the central medallion containing a tree like design. The camel coloured field contains large scale designs.
The colours throughout the rug are most striking.
The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
