Description
Size: 6ft 3in x 4ft 6in (190 x 136cm).A good Antique triple medallion Qashqai rug, with tribal boteh design.
Circa 1900.
The rug has three central medallions containing the traditional Qashqai design along with other tribal elements, the indigo blue field is filled with tribal boteh design and other tribal filler elements.
The rug is in fair condition with even wear, heavier in places as can be seen in the images, and medium pile.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
