Description
Size: 4ft 1in x 2ft 7in (124 x 78cm).Old Afghan prayer rug of interesting village mosque design.
About 50 years old.
The rug is of an unusual mosque design showing a mosque at the top and the field depicting Turkmen guls or flowers.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and full pile.
The rug is of fine weave with a floppy handle, both ends retain the original end finishes.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use and is suitable for wall hanging.
