Description
Size: 12ft 10in x 9ft 0in (390 x 275cm).A very good large size traditional Afghan Sulayman carpet by Ersari Turkmen weavers.
Circa 1900.
The carpet has three rows of five large Sulayman guls, the carpet has a very good soft red colour with the design in dark indigo blue and burnt orange.
The carpet is in excellent condition with some even wear and good pile.
The carpet is suitable for heavy domestic use. This is an excellent carpet of larger than normal size.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
