Description
Size: 5ft 2in x 3ft 7in (157 x 108cm).A good North West Persian 'Jozan' village rug from the Greater Hamadan Region, of small size woven by Kurdish weavers .
Circa 1920.
The rug is of the traditional medallion design with a pendant at each end.
The rug has a well-drawn floral design which contrasts well with the very dark indigo blue field colour.
The rug is in good condition with slight wear and good pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
