Description
Size: 6ft 8in x 4ft 7in (204 x 140cm).Antique Persian Kashan rug of traditional repeat medallion design.
Circa 1900/20.
The knotting is very fine with soft lamb’s wool.
The rug has a very soft colour palette with an unusual soft blue/green hue. The border is in a lighter blue and frames the rug well, note the two medallions at the top of the rug are lighter in colour, this adds interest to the rug.
The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear. Hand washed and ready for use or display.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
