Description
Size: 6ft 7in x 4ft 6in (201 x 136cm).Antique Mahal rug of the shrub design with small medallion.
Circa 1900.
The rug has an all over design of flowering shrubs surrounding a very small central medallion, the design is in soft pastel colours on a dark indigo blue field. The soft madder reds in the border give the rug a warm feel.
The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.
The rug has been hand washed and ready for use or display.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic floor use.
