Description
Size: 9ft 7in x 4ft 11in (293 x 151cm).Antique South Persian Afshar long rug of all over boteh design.
Circa 1890.
The rug has rows of floral boteh on a very dark indigo blue ground which is framed by a traditional Afshar floral border. The rug has superb long stripped kilims at both ends.
Good condition with slight even wear, good pile.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
A good furnishing rug suitable for normal domestic use.
