Size: 6ft 1in x 4ft 5in (186 x 134cm).A good example of a North West Persian Tafresh village rug from the Greater Hamadan Region.
Circa 1900.
The rug is of the traditional medallion design associated with Tafresh village.
The rug has a well-drawn floral design and very pleasing soft colour.
The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
