Size: 6ft 6in X 4ft 8in. (197 X 143cm).Antique Persian Bakhtiari rug of the garden design with a large vase.
Circa 1900/20.
A good example of a garden rug with a large central vase and floral spray, at the base of the vase is a garden with two Cypress trees . The rug has a wonderful range of colours which are all natural dyes.
Excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
A hard wearing carpet suitable for normal domestic use.
