Description
Size: 9ft 2in x 8ft 6in (300 x 260cm).Antique red Afghan carpet with traditional Ersari village design, this carpet has superb colour with a very good deep rich red and a dark indigo blue. The carpet has three rows of seven large guls.
Circa 1920.
The carpet is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good pile, the wool is good and glossy. The carpet is of an almost square size which is unusual.
The carpet has been hand washed and ready for use or display.
The carpet is suitable for heavy domestic floor use.
