Description
Size: 4ft 9in x 4ft 5in (144 x 135cm).Antique Afshar rug with all over small boteh design.
Circa 1900.
A rug of superb colour and design with very soft glossy wool. The rug has a classic Afshar border design. The multi coloured small boteh cover the dark indigo blue field, of particular note are the three ladies with a goat and a peacock.
Excellent condition with even wear, medium pile.
Very soft wool, hand washed and ready for use.
