Size: 6ft 11in x 4ft 10in (212 x 147cm).Antique Bakhtiari village rug with all over mina khani design.
Circa 1900
A beautiful village weaving with a very well drawn version of the mina khani design on a soft red ground. The flowers are drawn in soft pastel colours including pinks, blues, greens, olive and yellow. The boarder is of a very pleasing design and frames the rug well.
Excellent condition with slight wear and good pile. The rug will stand up to heavy domestic use.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
