Size: 7ft 1in x 2ft 10in (215 x 86cm).Hand knotted Afghan runner in a classic 19th century Caucasian Kazak design style.
The runner is about 10 years old but in perfect condition.
The runner has a blue ground with four medallions, the field is filled with small animals, birds and large peacocks. This design is associated with 19th century Akstafa region Caucasian rugs.
Excellent condition with no wear and full pile.
Ideal runner for domestic furnishing use.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
