Size:10ft 2in x 6ft 9in (310 x 204cm).Vintage Persian Isfahan carpet, lambs wool on a very fine silk foundation.
Circa 1960.
The carpet is of very fine weave with tight fine pile of lambs wool, giving the carpet a velvet like feel. The carpet has a floral design on an ivory ground around a small central medallion and has amazing detail. The carpet has very soft pastel colours which need to be seen to be fully appreciated.
The carpet is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and full pile.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
