About 40 years old.
This large Aubusson is in the grand style of 19th century France, the rose ground has a large single ivory medallion surrounded by floral garland designs, The overall colour pallet is very soft and pastel. Aubusson carpets of this size are becoming difficult to find in the market today.
The Aubusson is in excellent condition with no defects.
The Aubusson has been backed with white linen to give it extra strength and durability.
The Aubusson is suitable for normal domestic use.
