Description
Size: 6ft 0in x 4ft 6in (183 x 137cm).Antique Uzbek Lakai tribe silk embroidered nim suzani cover.
Circa 1900.
This small suzani embroidery is in silk twist on a dusky pink cotton ground, it would have been used as a cover or hanging inside the family yurt. The suzani is backed with Russian printed cotton cloth.
The condition is excellent with only very slight signs of use and a few spots of staining.
