Size: 10ft 1in x 5ft 1in (308 x 154cm).Antique South Caucasian Shirvan kilim of traditional banded design.
Circa 1900.
A good kilim with bans of alternating designs which is typical of Shirvan kilims, the colour palette throughout is warm and soft giving the kilim a light feel.
The kilim is very well drawn with very fine detail. The weave is fine and tight.
The kilim is in excellent condition with very slight wear.
The kilim is suitable for normal domestic use.
