Size: 4ft 5in x 3ft 2in (133 x 97cm).Antique Afghan Turkmen prayer rug of fine weave with an unusual design.
Circa 1900.
The upper part of the rug may show three yurts above a group of 9 more yurts.
The lower part of the rug contains 6 Turkmen guls.
The rug has excellent colour and soft glossy wool.
The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
