Size: 11ft 5in x 9ft 0in. (348 x 274cm)An excellent hand knotted carpet in classical 19th century Caucasian design.
About 30 years old.
The carpet is a copy of a 19th century Caucasian rug or soumak, the design elements give the carpet a very informal tribal feel. The indigo blue field off sets the border and design in soft pastel colours.
The carpet is offered in perfect condition with no wear at all with full pile. The carpet is suitable for heavy domestic use. A very good value for money carpet that would instantly transform a room.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use.
