Size: 5ft 8in x 3ft 11in (172 x 119cm).Antique Tekke Turkmen ‘dip khali’ rug of small size.
Circa 1900.
These are considered to be ‘half size’ rugs; half the length and half the width of a main carpet.
This example has 3 rows of 7 Tekke guls with deep crimson colour to the centers.
The rug has an excellent soft pink/red colour.
The rug is in excellent condition with slight wear and good pile.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
