Description
Size: 11ft 0in x 7ft 6in (335 x 228cm).Antique Tekke Turkmen main carpet with 6 rows of 9 guls.
Circa 1880.
The carpet has a soft red ground colour which is very easy to furnish with. The overall effect is that of a soft almost faded palette.
The carpet is in excellent condition with slight even wear with good pile.
Both ends retain the original large elem panel end finishes.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use.
