Description
Size: 6ft 0in x 3ft 11in (184 x 120cm).Antique Tekke Turkmen ‘dip khali’ rug with superb colour.
Circa 1900/20.
These are considered to be ‘half size’ rugs; half the length and half the width of a main carpet.
This example has 2 rows of 10 Tekke guls. a rug with multiple borders and a very pleasing floral shrub design in the elem panels at each end.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good pile.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
