Description
Size: 8ft 1in x 4ft 1in (246 x 125cm).Antique Kordi rug from the Khorassan region.
Circa 1900.
A superb Kordi rug by the Kurds of Khorassan, with a diamond lattice design in alternate rows of dark and light indigo blue. Each diamond contains a floral design.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good pile. The rug has very good wool and also retains the original kilims at both ends.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display, the rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
