Description
Size: 7ft 7in x 6ft 6in (230 x 198cm).Antique Afghan village rug of traditional Ersari design with eight large guls, the rug is of a pleasing soft red colour with dark indigo blue. The rug is of a very good square size, the wool has a wonderful lustre and is very soft.
Circa 1900.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and full pile. The rug retains the original kilim end finishes at both ends.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use such as an entrance hall or living room.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
