Size: 7ft 5in x 4ft 1in (227 x 124cm).Old Afghan village rug with a single row of 5 large guls.
Circa 1920.
The rug is of a typical design from a Northern Afghan village, the colour is outstanding with excellent wool.
The rug is offered at a lower price due to the old historic repair that can be seen in the middle of the lower end. The repair is sound and will not affect the use of the rug.
The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
