2nd half 19th century.
A really outstanding small Timuri main carpet, beautifully drawn with a superb star main border.
Superb colour through out with great blues, soft reds and highlights in yellow and ivory.
The best long kilim ends I have seen, decorated with floated weft work
Even wear with good pile, some corrosion, slight heavy wear to bottom left hand corner, kilim end backed and conserved.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
