Description
Size: 10ft 0in x 6ft 4in (304 x 193cm).Antique Tekke Turkmen main carpet with 5 rows of 11 guls.
Circa 1880.
A pleasing Tekke main carpet with good large guls on a madder red field. The carpet has excellent long piled elem end finishes. The lower end is of the tree design and the top end has the small shrub or flower design.
The carpet is in good condition with even wear with medium pile. There are one or two spots of heavier wear.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use.
