Description
Size: 8ft 7in x 4ft 9in (262 x 146cm).A good Yomut Turkmen main carpet of small size with a very unusual design.
Circa 1880.
The carpet is well drawn with excellent colour, the carpet has diagonal rows in alternating colour of a small cross design.
The carpet is in good condition with even wear and medium pile. There are a few old repairs.
The rug is suitable for light domestic use.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
