Description
Size: 10ft 0in x 6ft 7in (305 x 200cm).Antique Tekke Turkmen main carpet with 5 rows of 17 guls.
Circa 1900.
The carpet has a soft madder red ground colour, the design is traditional Tekke Turkmen. The border is of the Turkmen octagon and sunburst design.
The carpet is in excellent condition with even wear with medium pile.
Both ends retain the original large elem panel end finishes.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use.
