Description
Size: 10ft 8in x 8ft 10in (326 x 270cm).Old Red Afghan carpet with traditional Ersari village design, this carpet has superb colour with a very good deep rich red and a dark indigo blue. The carpet has two rows of six large guls. The carpet has multiple borders of differing designs that frame the field very well.
Circa 1920.
The carpet is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good pile, the wool is good and glossy.
The carpet has been hand washed and ready for use or display.
The carpet is suitable for heavy domestic floor use, and would be perfect for a living room or a family room.
