Size: 5ft 11in x 4ft 6in (180 x 135cm).Antique South West Persian Khamseh Rug with three linked medallions.
Circa 1890.
A tribal rug of the classic bird design with the medallions and field covered with pecking chickens. The rug has a classic Khamseh border on a rich gold ground.
Excellent condition, even wear, fair pile. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
