Description
Size: 5ft 2in x 3ft 7in (156 x 108cm).A good North West Persian 'Jozan' village rug from the Greater Hamadan Region; woven by Kurdish weavers.
Circa 1950.
The rug is of small medallion design with a well-drawn floral design with boteh, the use of green in the design is unusual.
The rug is in excellent condition with no wear and full pile. The rug is suitable for heavy domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
