Description
Size: 9ft 9in x 5ft 11in (297 x 180cm).Antique Caucasian Lori Pambak rug of traditional bold design with excellent colours.
Circa 1890.
This rug is a good large size example of type, the drawing and colour palette is excellent. The rug is of the four medallion design with two large ivory octagons and two indigo blue stepped medallions. The border design is simple and spacious variation of a classic design, adding to the total appeal of the rug.
The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile, there are a few scattered old repairs that are very well blended into the rug.
The rug is suitable for light normal use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
