Size: 9ft 4in x 4ft 9in (285 x 146cm).Antique Anatolian village kilim from the Mut region of South West Turkey, Taurus Mountains.
Circa 1880 or earlier.
This outstanding kilim is beautifully woven with a wonderful range of colours including soft greens and blues on a warm red ground. The designs are traditional for the region.
Excellent condition, very slight wear, there are a few scattered old re-weaves.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
