Description
Size: 10ft 4in x 4ft 9in (315 x 146cm).Antique North West Persian Malayer region long rug with a very well drawn all over design.
Circa 1900.
The Rug has a dark indigo ground with a fine repeat design, there are many small details such as animals and even two people. The ivory ground border is excellent. The rug has good colours and has that 'country house' feel.
The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
