Description
Size: 5ft 9in x 4ft 0in. (176 x 122cm)Hand knotted Afghan rug with traditional Caucasian Kazak design.
Pleasing 19th century design with large peacocks and small animals around a central medallion, on an attractive soft red coloured back ground. The border design is a classic Caucasian 19th century design.
The rug is in good condition with slight wear and good pile.
About 30 years old.
Hand washed and ready for use. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
