Size: 7ft 7in x 5ft 1in (232 x 154cm).Old South West Persian tribal design rug, Shiraz region.
Circa 1920
A good rug with many tribal elements in the design surrounding the two linked medallions. Probably woven by settled Khamseh weavers.
Very good condition with slight wear and good thick soft pile.
Hand washed and ready for use.
An excellent furnishing rug.
