Description
Size: 6ft 0in x 3ft 7in (182 x 108cm).A good Antique tribal Qashqai rug, with interesting herati design.
Circa 1900.
The rug has a soft madder red ground filled with an interesting variation of the herati design. The border is of a linked floral design typical of Qashqai weaving.
The rug is in fair condition with even wear, heavier in places as can be seen in the images, and medium pile.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
