Size: 3ft 6in x 1ft 6in (106 x 46cm).Antique Shahsavan or south Caucasian mafrash panel, with traditional latch hook design.
Circa 1890.
A good Shahsavan mafrash panel in soumak technique. The colours are superb and all natural. The panel is probably from the side of a large storage bag.
The mafrash panel is in original condition with slight even wear and no repairs.
The mafrash panel has been hand washed and is ready for display.
