Size: 2ft 11in x 2ft 9in (90 x 84cm).Antique Jaf Kurd bag face of diamond lattice design with good colour and superb wool.
Circa 1900.
The bag face is well drawn with a hooked medallion lattice, the bag has a floral rosette main border and an inner border of diamond design on an ivory ground. The bag face is of a large size.
The bag face is in outstanding condition with no wear and full pile. Note the closing lappets are retained at the top end and some of the decorative kilim is at the lower end.
The bag face has been hand washed and is ready for display.
