Description
Size: 11ft 10in x 9ft 3in (360 x 280cm).Antique Heriz carpet with a very well-drawn large medallion and excellent colours.
Circa 1900.
The carpet has a large central medallion of traditional Heriz design in dark indigo blue, the ground colour is a superb madder red with a floral spray design. The spandrels are in soft ivory with pink and green. The well drawn indigo blue classic Heriz border frames the carpet well.
A superb designers carpet for that timeless country house look.
The Carpet is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile, perfect for the country house look.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use such as a living or dining room.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
