Description
Size: 6ft 4in x 3ft 8in (192 x 113cm).Antique Afghan Baluch rug of traditional ‘mushwani’ design, the rug is of a soft colour palette with warm copper coloured back ground.
Circa 1900/20.
The rug has the traditional Mushwani design is indigo blue, the design is a series of multiple latch hooks or bird heads.
The rug is in good condition with even wear and good pile. There are one or two very small spots of heavier wear. The white dots in the field are warp knot heads.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
