Size: 4ft 4in x 2ft 11in (133 x 89cm).Antique Caucasian Shirvan rug of small size with ten hooked medallions on an abrashed blue ground.
Late 19th century.
The variation of colour in the background adds interest to this little rug.
The linked eight point star border is well drawn.
The rug is in good condition with all over even wear and low pile.
The rug is suitable for light domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
