Description
Size: 3ft 5in x 2ft 10in (105 x 87cm).Old Tekke Turkmen rug of traditional design and pleasing colour, medium weave and very small size; the rug is of a soft brown red colour.
Circa 1900/20.
The rug has a traditional Tekke gul design with 2 rows of 4 guls.
The rug is of a very medium weave with a firm handle, the rug retains the original end finishes at both ends.
The rug is in excellent condition with slight wear and good pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
