Description
Size: 6ft 3in x 3ft 2in (190 x 96cm).Antique Baluch rug, by the Mahdad Khani tribe.
Circa 1900.
A good Baluch rug with one of the less common designs, a single row of 6 large Tekke Turkmen guls. The border is also a Turkmen inspired sunburst border.
The rug is in fair condition with some uneven wear, medium pile, very soft wool.
Hand washed and ready for use or display. The rug would be suitable for light domestic use.
