Description
Size: 11ft 6in x 3ft 7in (350 x 110cm).Antique South Caucasian Kurdish runner of unusual design.
Circa 1890.
This is an interesting runner, the field design is repeated panels of designs that are usually found in the border designs of Caucasian rugs. The runner has a very light and soft colour palette.
The runner has seen good use in its life and now has that well used lived with look, low pile with wear in places, some slight losses to the ends and sides.
The runner is a good value for money rug with that country house look.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
