Description
Size: 5ft 11in x 4ft 0in (180 x 123cm).Antique Turkish Ghiordes prayer rug of classic design with very soft colour.
2nd half 19th century.
The rug is beautifully drawn with superb pastel colours through out. The border design is very attractive and traditional for Ghiordes rugs.
The rug is in fair condition with heavy wear and even low pile, there are also a number of small worn creases. The rug is complete with no holes and is in original condition.
The rug is ready for use or display. The rug is suitable for very light domestic use, but would make a superb wall hanging.
