Description
Size: 6ft 3in x 4ft 8in (191 x 143cm).Antique Khamseh Rug with three medallion design.
Circa 1900.
A interesting tribal Khamseh rug, the three diamond medallions are on a ivory chevron design ground. Note all the small birds surrounding each medallion.
The border is of a classic Khamseh design.
Fair condition with heavy wear and low pile, the ends and sides are a little ragged. The rug is sold as seen and the condition is reflected in the price.
Hand washed, the rug is suitable for light domestic use.
