Description
Size: 6ft 7in x 3ft 11in (200 x 119cm).Antique Afghan Baluch rug with fine lattice design.
Circa 1900.
An interesting rug with Timuri type weave, the rug has a fine all over diagonal lattice design in a rich colour palette of madder shades. The olive browns are corroded throughout the rug as can be seen in the images. Note the very long kilim end finishes.
The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
